Ingredients

Topping
300 Gms Crumbled Paneer
5 Deseeded and chopped tomatoes medium size
2 small Chopped onions
fistful Chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoons Chaat masala
to taste Salt
as required Pepper
Coriander Chutney
Bread
1 French loaf
75 gms Butter
clove 5 Grated Garlic

Steps

  1. Mix together all the ingredients from the topping.
  2. Slice a French loaf into 1 1/2 cm diagonal slices.
  3. Toast the slices.
  4. Melt 75 grams of butter with 5 cloves of grated garlic.
  5. Brush generously over the bread.
  6. Top each slice with paneer mixture.
  7. Drizzle over coriander chutney and remaining butter, if any.
  8. Serve immediately
