Ingredients
Topping
300 Gms Crumbled Paneer
5 Deseeded and chopped tomatoes medium size
2 small Chopped onions
fistful Chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoons Chaat masala
to taste Salt
as required Pepper
Coriander Chutney
Bread
1 French loaf
75 gms Butter
clove 5 Grated Garlic
Steps
- Mix together all the ingredients from the topping.
- Slice a French loaf into 1 1/2 cm diagonal slices.
- Toast the slices.
- Melt 75 grams of butter with 5 cloves of grated garlic.
- Brush generously over the bread.
- Top each slice with paneer mixture.
- Drizzle over coriander chutney and remaining butter, if any.
- Serve immediately
